The earbuds’ tiny transducers deliver excellent sound quality and depth, ensuring you can take in all details of your music without distraction.

Things we don’t like

One of our colleagues bought these earphones around a year ago for himself. After a few months of daily use, the volume rocker stopped working – it became very loose, and we’re no longer even able to click on either side. The buttons on the remote have not been very durable either. The control buttons are not durable and feel loose.

Most annoyingly, he found that since the mic rests on the neck, it picks up any sounds caused due to motion on clothes and relays it back into the earphones. For example, if he turns his head to look at something across the street, he’ll hear a little tinkle sound coming through his earbuds due to the friction between his shirt and the mic at his neck. This is obviously may be quite annoying for some users.

The earphones provide 37 dB of isolation. Therefore, you can listen without distraction in noisy environments.

Designed with ergonomics in mind, the low profile shape sits comfortably and securely in your ears while a durable construction provides long lasting reliability.

In addition, the earphones feature a lock-snap mechanism for quick replacement of the three different-sized provided earbuds. As well as a 360-degree rotation of earbuds for a comfortable fit.

And the best part is that the SE215 Sound Isolating Earphones offer a lifetime of high-quality listening and great comfort whether you’re on-stage or just out and about. Credit goes to its durable Kevlar-reinforced cable and rugged construction.

Things we don’t like

Well, we were astounded by its performance and build quality. The braided cable is sturdy, feels luxurious, and we don’t see it fraying anytime soon.

However, the thickness of the cable is a flaw for those who wear glasses. The cable slides on top of the ear, where the glass frames sit. And due to the cable’s thickness, the glass frames don’t get enough space to secure over the ears.

Also, having the wires just hang directly is not an option because they are too heavy and will pull the buds out of your ear.

The second major drawback is getting them in your ears. An instruction booklet shows three different options, but each one takes practice. Best thing: If you get them right, there’s no pressure or uncomfortable feeling like with some of the other headphones out there.

Our testing summary

These Shure SE215 Pro Earphones are detailed, with enhanced bass and a customizable fit. Sound isolating technology blocks up to 37 dB of outside noise, so every track is just for you. Things we don’t like

The Anker SoundCore Life P3 Truly Wireless Earphones are some of the best Bluetooth earphones for the price, but they have some major issues. For example, there is a small range of 10 meters from the music source to where you can use them.

Also, the app that accompanies these earphones is something we feel users of this product should be aware of before deciding to buy. The reason? The app used for setting it up requires device info, location, voice, search history, and other personal details… which is a drawback for privacy-concerned individuals.

Our testing summary

SoundCore Life P3 is one of the best earbuds for small ears.

Its noise canceling tech provides simplified and enhanced call performance that is crystal clear for your friends and family to hear. You can also tune out airplanes, subway and office hum while enhancing your music listening experience. The customizable EQ also allows for access to more precise tuning for music playback.

How To Choose The Best Earbuds For Small Ears?

When searching for best earbuds for small ears it’s essential to remember that this is a delicate matter. You must take into account the general size of an ear, as well as the individual’s comfort level. Earbud manufacturers are aware of this fact and are providing a variety of options when it comes to the sizes of earbuds available.

Proper Fitting

A good pair of earbuds for small ears should fit comfortably without having to fuss with them. They should form a tight seal as soon as you put them in your ears, so you don’t have to fiddle with the buds or push them in forcefully. For this reason, we recommend earbuds that come with multiple sizes of silicone eartips or foam tips. This is because it will help you get a customized fit for your ears.

Comfort

When it comes to earbuds, many people are not aware of how important comfort is. The comfort level of the earbuds plays a huge role in their ability to be used for extended periods of time, especially while being active. The level of comfort that you get from your earbuds will be determined by how they are built as well as how they are worn.

One way for example is to look for lightweight earphones which will be able to fit comfortably if you are putting too much pressure on any one part of your ears. You can also find earbuds with silicone tips which will conform to the shape of your ear and provide comfort and noise canceling properties.

Noise Cancellation

Noise cancellation is a great feature for earbuds. They have a technology that uses microphones to measure external noises, and then plays the opposite frequencies in your ears to cancel out the sound.

Therefore, it allows users to hear their music and nothing else. Obviously, this feature is necessary if you are traveling or walking down the street and do not want to be distracted by the noises around you.

In addition, this feature also enables you to enjoy your music without having to worry about disturbing other people around you. When you are in a plane, train or a bus then this will be very helpful in keeping others from hearing your music clearly when you have it on high volume.

Sound Clarity

It’s not just about bass, but also about clarity. This is true of earbuds and headphones alike. The reason is simple. You want to be able to hear the details in your music. If you can’t hear the snares, or the cymbals, then you’re missing out on an important part of the sound.

Durability

Durability is a very important factor to consider when you are buying a new earphone or any other product. The reason why you should be considering durability is that if the earbuds are not durable enough, they will start malfunctioning very soon and you will not be able to use them any more. This is something that you should be avoiding at all costs because it is going to cost you a lot of money in the long run.

There are many ways in which an earphone can be made durable. One of the ways is through using quality materials in its construction. High quality materials are usually strong and are not easily broken down. Another way in which an earphone can be made durable is by ensuring that it has been assembled very well so that there is no chance of coming apart.

Therefore, we recommend purchasing earbuds that have a warranty and an IPX rating. The IPX rating is how waterproof they are. If they are waterproof, they will be able to withstand sweat and water without having problems. Warranty is also important so as to get free replacements in case of any defects or damage on the product.
